Prophetic Word: My Promises Will Come 2 Pass, It Will Manifest Yet, Beloved, I Promise

 This is for someone my friend. I just went into a vision and saw in the spirit a Heavenly portal open and I saw clouds & rainbow in it and I heard in the spirit beloved, I promise. Who is this for my friend. The rainbow is actually a covenant. It was a promise 2 Noah 2 never flood the earth again. I don't know who this is for baby but the promise God has spoken is still coming even if you haven't seen it yet, it will manifest when you're ready 2 recieve it and in alignment.
